Vocational Organic Training Project (VTC)
Nutrition is a basic need for anyone. It’s much more important for someone who is living with HIV. Providing young people with skills on organic and urban farming techniques aimed at smart agriculture programs for economic advancement in the agriculture field not only improves their health outcomes but directly improves their social economic development both in their families and communities. Other skills trained at the VTC include packaging of organic products, marketing for agro business, making of organic fertilizers and organic pesticides as a way of reducing conventional agriculture practices that are not sustainable in the long run.
