In addressing the challenges and barriers to skilling, employment, and entrepreneurship for young people, especially girls, Dream village offers training package to most vulnerable girls ( 60% females against 40% boys ) to support gender-equal and inclusive training and employment pathways, linking young people to gender-sensitive and demand-driven vocational/technical and entrepreneurship training, promoting and supporting youth-friendly financial services, promoting and supporting youth-friendly Business Development Services (BDS), and facilitating young people’s access to networks and links to information and opportunities. The SOYEE Hub supported by Plan International Rwanda is located Eastern province in the district of Bugesera- Ngeruka Sector.
